Our Nabi, the blessed and beloved Prophet of Allah, Muhammad (S.A.W.).

The final and chosen Messenger of Allah was born on 12 Rabi-ul-Awal 570CE. He was sent as a Mercy to the whole of mankind.

He is the Seal of Prophet hood. No Prophet is to come after him. He is the greatest of them all. He is the Imam (Leader) of all Muslims.

Ahl-Sunnah wal-Jama'ahMuslims all over the world celebrate Eid-Milad un-Nabi (Birthday of the beloved Prophet) every year on the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awal. On the night before and on the day itself celebrations take place which are called Mawlid, Naat/Nasheeds (Islamic Poems in praise of the Prophet) and sermons in honour of the blessed Prophet are written and read out.
